FIELD TRIPS

Click REQUEST FOR APPROVAL OF SCHOOL ORGANIZED TRIP(FILLABLE FORM) and complete the form.  Please email your form to Ms. Uyeshima at asu1554@lausd.net to submit for approval.  You will be notified by email when your field trip is approved and added to the school calendar. Please consult the Field Trip Handbook for all questions.  Thank you!
